• Employees at all levels of the organization will participate in relevant Quality Assurance activities as incorporated in their daily functional requirements to ensure all customer expectations, statutory and regulatory requirements are met or exceeded.
• Management at all levels will foster a safe and rewarding working environment that is based on Mutual Respect, Partnership and Teamwork.
• No product will be shipped to the customer until its quality and conformance to customer specification is assured.
• The Valbruna ASW Inc. Team will continually assess the effectiveness of the Quality Management System through a focused approach to performance measurement of customer oriented process and service based initiatives.
